For any who are interested in the Faithfull family history, I have finished a rough restoration of an old photo I was given a few years ago of William Faithfull and his children.
The man sitting on the far left is my great-great-grandfather, William Faithfull, and the woman standing behind him and slightly right is my great-grandmother, Hettie (Faithfull) Frazer. This photo was taken sometime in the late 1890s, and represent William's children by two marriages (I believe that the woman on the far right is his second wife, but that is unconfirmed).
Unfortunately the original copy of the photo had been torn in half, and someone had drawn on it with crayons. So it took a fair bit of work to restore, but I am pleased with the results so far.
