Snowday 2012

First allow me to explain the title, since the term may be foreign to those in the rest of the country/world. Here on the westcoast (specifically Victoria, British Columbia) we do not have winter. Our fall season turns into rainy season and then into spring again. But we do not usually get more than one or two days of snow per year. Therefore none of the city crews or residents are equipped to deal with snow, and so when even a few inches lands everyone stays home and has a Snowday. These are a few photos of this year's snowfall.
